These one-day workshops (see event calendar for dates and times) allow you to experiment with the blending step of the winemaking process. You will be guided through the blending process by our winemaker as part of a group blending class with each person trying to create the "best blend."

At the end of the seminar, our winemaker or winemaker panel will choose the "best blend," which will become the group's private blend.   As a blender, you will have the opportunity to purchase as little as two cases (per person or couple) of the group blend, or you can purchase a minimum of four cases of your own private blend made during the seminar. (The cost of purchasing wine is in addition to the blending seminar admission.)

Blending seminars are great for group events such as wedding parties, businesses, families, groups and teams.   They also make great corporate team-building exercises.
