Each First Crush winemaking experience will take you, an aspiring winemaker, into a carefully selected Paso Robles vineyard where you will harvest your own wine grapes. You will crush and de-stem your fruit and have numerous opportunities to participate in its transformation into a custom-made, privately-labeled wine.

In the morning, get a first-hand look at how wine grapes are harvested and crushed while taking part in the action then return that evening to jam to some reggae tunes and Caribbean cuisine at the annual Silver Horse Bacchanalia. Meet and make wine with First Crush viticulturist, Lowell Zelinski, Silver Horse winemaker Steve Kroener and Tassjara Cellars winemaker, Craig Reed.
