Paso Robles has many things to be proud of: our wine, our festivals, our community, and our ART.  There are so many talented artists in the area, and plenty of galleries to display their work.  The first weekend of June is a perfect time to come out and see what these artists have to offer.  ArtsObispo is hosting the June installment of First Saturdays: Wine & The Arts where various wineries and art studios around downtown Paso Robles feature local artists and invite locals and visitors to enjoy the art, music, wine and more of this unique town.

First Crush will be pouring wine at this local event this Saturday, June 3, from 5-8 PM.  We are the featured winery at Studios on the Park, where they will be showcasing the art of renowned silversmith Randy Stromsoe and jeweler Francesca Thorn.  The event is FREE and there will be live music by the Red Skunk Jipzee Quartet.  Studios on the Park has been open to art lovers since May of 2009 and now features 40 artists and their studios.   The studio is located in the old Pioneer Auto Parts in the heart of downtown Paso Robles, and has become one of the most successful and fastest growing art galleries in the area.

First Saturdays are held the first Saturday of every month during the summer and showcase plenty of talented artists from all over the state.  The event has become a popular pastime in Paso Robles and lots of downtown businesses are now involved.  Participants of this awesome event are Clayhouse Wines, EarthTones Gifts & Gallery, Orchid Hill Winery, Paso Wine Centre, Phantom II, Pianetta, PierceModern Gallery, Studios on the Park, and Vale Fine Art.  Each location will feature a different artist (or artists) and have other special events and deals going on.  First Saturdays are held the first Saturday of every month during the summer and showcase plenty of talented artists from all over the state.  Be sure to check out ArtsObispo for a full schedule, and make sure to come see First Crush and Randy Stromsoe this Saturday from 5-8 PM at Studios on the Park!
