Friday, October 5 - (Included in Crush Encounter I & II)
4:00 pm	Perfect Pairs -- Explore wine and cheese pairing with Danika Bowler of Vivant Fine Cheese featuring Becky's special selection of Paso Robles wines
5:00 pm	Travel to Caliza Vineyard
5:30 pm	A Taste of Terroir - Tour the Caliza Vineyards with grower/winemaker Carl Bowker and enjoy a berry and wine tasting
Saturday Morning, October 6 - (Included in Crush Encounters I & II)
8:30 am	Depart for Oak Shadow Vineyards
9:00 am	Paso Wine 101 - Learn about the Paso Robles Wine Region with First Crush owner/winemaker, Becky Zelinski
10:00 am	Harvest Camp - Harvest premium wine grapes with viticulturist, Lowell Zelinski, Ph.D. Learn about terroir and how it influences Paso wines from viticulturist Lowell Zelinski, Ph.D. in a beautiful vineyard setting
11:30 am	Crush Camp - Sort grapes and find out how grapes become wine with viticulturist Lowell Zelinski
12:30 pm	Picnic in the Vineyard - A gourmet wine country lunch prepared local chef Alex Martin overlooking the picturesque Oak Shadow Vineyards
2:00 pm	STOMP - Stomp wine grapes "just like Lucy" but with a competitive twist at Pacific Wine Services. Prizes for winners.
2:30 pm	Travel back to hotel for afternoon rest and relaxation
Saturday Evening - October 6 (Included in Crush Encounter II ONLY)
5:30 pm	Travel to Croad Vineyards
6:00 pm	Wine 101 - Tour the Croad winery and barrel taste aging wines
7:00 pm	Dining with the Stars - Dine and dance under the stars with a locally-inspired, seasonal four-course winemaker dinner prepared by Chef Jeff Scott at Croad Vineyards
