Paso Robles is a great wine producing region.   The soils and climate vary greatly from one side of the AVA (American Viticulture Area) to the other, making it ideal for growers to produce a variety of premium quality wine grapes. These varying climatic conditions also allow the same varietals to ripen at different times throughout the region, which makes finding premium quality wine grapes a relatively easy task.

At First Crush, we are also fortunate to have access to many vineyards and different varietals because of our relationship with our parent company Precision Ag, Inc. -- a vineyard production consulting and management company.
