This is a limited production, hand-crafted 100% Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon with surprisingly low-alcohol (for a Paso Robles' Cab.) Our 2009 Puppy Love is just as good, if not better than 2008. From beginning to end, it’s ripe, red cherry fruit, a little smoke, spice and vanilla will leave you swooning over your Puppy Love. Its well-balanced acidity makes it a perfect pairing for juicy red meats and medium to soft cheeses.  Our favorite is 5-year aged Beemster Gouda.

They may call it Puppy Love, but like the song says, you’ll know it’s something more. Our first vintage 2008 cab was named Puppy Love to commemorate our beloved 13-year-old Queensland Heeler, Penny, but befitting our First Crush love-connection, we’ve decided to make it our flagship wine.
