Paso Robles Wine 101

Paso Robles is emerging as one of the premiere wine destinations in California.  This seminar provides visitors (and locals) a wonderful introduction to Paso Robles wine country, its wines, and how to taste them.  The two-hour class will give you an overview of the history of the Paso Robles wine region, it's terroir and how it influences its wines, how wine is made and how to taste wines. You'll also get to taste several of the great wines that Paso Robles has to offer.
